Hold Policy

If you need to temporarily pause your membership, complete this form to submit your hold request. Holds are available for a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Your membership billing will pause on your requested hold start date and resume automatically on your hold end date.

Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the requested start date. Any payments already processed before your hold start date are non-refundable.

If you are looking to cancel your membership permanently, submit a cancellation request instead.
